What is the process of designing my new pool?
The first step to designing your new pool is making some decisions which include:
Decide on the pool location
Choose the decking/patio
Outdoor kitchen/firepits
Choose any additional features
- Waterfall
- Fountains
- Spa
- Auto Cover
- Underwater Speakers
The following are the next steps in the transformation of your backyard:
- Engineering the pool/survey the property
- Obtain the necessary permits and approvals
- Layout of pool & excavation of pool
- Install steel reinforcements, rough plumbing, and electrical
- Obtain required inspections
- Install concrete shell
- Install coping and tile
- Install underground plumbing, electrical, and filter equipment
- Layout and install pool decking
- Clean up site
- Plaster swimming pool and fill with water
- Startup pool equipment
- Our LP&S Service/Maintenance team will now perform the plaster cure
- Weekly maintenance is suggested to maintain your new pool!
*To ensure your pool is ready for the season begin planning in the Fall of the prior year
