LP&S is a talented team of individuals who are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Third generation pool builder, Victor Lehmann, is the current owner and president of the company. Vic brings over 40 years of knowledge and currently focuses on sales, design, and pool inspections. When not in the office, Vic’s hobbies include scuba diving, riding his dirt bike, and traveling.

Service Manager

With over 10 years of experience in the pool industry, I hold certifications as a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and CST (Certified Service Technician). In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also have over 8 years of experience as a firefighter, proudly serving and supporting my community with dedication.

Jolaina Aziz

Maintenance Manager

I’m a Certified Maintenance Specialist with 7 years in the pool industry—and yes, I really do know all the secrets to keeping a pool crystal clear and cannonball-ready. I take pride in making sure every pool I work on is safe, sparkling, and stress-free for my clients. When I’m not testing water chemistry or fixing filters, I’m probably shouting at the TV during a New York Giants game or celebrating a Yankees win like it’s a national holiday. Music is basically my second language, and I live for concerts—the louder, the better.

But let’s be real, the stars of my life are my furry crew: my bunny, Mambo (the boss of the house), and my three dogs—Rocco, Poncho, and Laila—who keep things exciting, slightly chaotic, and endlessly entertaining. Whether I’m working hard, rocking out, or being herded by my pets, I bring energy, passion, and a good sense of humor to everything I do.

Shatner Franchi

Construction Manager

With 16 years of experience in the pool industry, I bring a deep understanding of both the technical and customer service aspects of the trade. I hold an OSHA 30 certification and a Certified Pool & Spa Building Professional (CBP) license, reflecting my commitment to safety, quality, and industry best practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy a well-rounded lifestyle that keeps me both energized and relaxed. I’m an avid fan of ice hockey and football, always up for catching a game or talking sports. Music is a big part of my life too—I enjoy DJing as a creative outlet and a way to stay connected with people through sound. When it’s time to unwind, there’s nothing better than relaxing by the pool, appreciating the kind of work I help bring to others.

Service and Maintenance Crew

Like our construction department, many of our service and maintenance employees have been with us for consecutive seasons. We offer a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of swimming pool maintenance and service. Many of our technicians are CPO (certified pool operators) and a some of them are CST (certified service technicians) as well.

Many of our construction employees have been with us for consecutive seasons. We offer a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of swimming pool construction. The construction team builds and renovates both residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. LP&S is committed to continuing education of the most innovative technologies for pool construction and pool equipment.

Service & Maintenance team:

Our technicians are not only experienced but also professionally certified. Many of our team members are Certified Pool Operators (CPO), and some are also Certified Service Technicians (CST). These certifications mean they are experts in everything from balancing chemicals and maintaining equipment to identifying and solving complex issues.
