Vic Lehmann
LP&S is a talented team of individuals who are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Third generation pool builder, Victor Lehmann, is the current owner and president of the company. Vic brings over 40 years of knowledge and currently focuses on sales, design, and pool inspections. When not in the office, Vic’s hobbies include scuba diving, riding his dirt bike, and traveling.
Andy Valverde
Service Manager
With over 14 years of experience at Lehmann Pools & Spas, Andy currently serves as our Service Manager, overseeing daily service operations, managing technicians, coordinating complex repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. He holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Service Technician (CST) and has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the pool industry, specializing in pool equipment, automation systems, diagnostics, and advanced repairs.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with my family and friends. He also proudly serves his community as a volunteer firefighter, with over 8 years of dedicated service, demonstrating his commitment to leadership, teamwork, and helping others both on and off the job. His passion for continuous learning, customer service, and professional excellence drives him to deliver exceptional results every day.
Jolaina Aziz
Maintenance Manager
Jolaina is a Certified Maintenance Specialist, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), and OSHA 10-certified professional with over 8 years of experience in the pool industry, and yes, she really does know the secrets to keeping a pool crystal clear and cannonball-ready. She takes pride in making sure every pool she works on is safe, sparkling, and stress-free so every customer can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying their backyard.
When she isn’t deep into pool talk, you’ll probably find her yelling at the TV—convinced by the Giants that this is finally their year or celebrating a Yankees victory as if it were a national holiday. Music is her escape, and if there’s a concert happening, chances are she is already there.
But being honest—the real VIPs in her life are her furry crew. Her bunny, Mambo, is the undisputed boss of the house (she just works there), and her two dogs, Rocco and Poncho, keep life equal parts chaotic and entertaining. Whether she is helping customers enjoy their pools, rocking out at a concert, or taking orders from a rabbit, she brings energy, passion, and a good sense of humor to everything she does.
Shatner Franchi
Construction Manager
With 16 years of experience in the pool industry, Shatner brings a deep understanding of both the technical and customer service aspects of the trade. He holds an OSHA 30 certification and a Certified Pool & Spa Building Professional (CBP) license, reflecting his commitment to safety, quality, and industry best practices.
Outside of work, Shatner enjoys a well-rounded lifestyle that keeps him both energized and relaxed. He is an avid fan of ice hockey and football, always up for catching a game or talking sports. Music is also a big part of his life, and he enjoys DJing as a creative outlet and a way to stay connected with people through sound. When it’s time to unwind, he enjoys relaxing by the pool and appreciating the kind of work he helps bring to others.

Like our construction department, many of our service and maintenance employees have been with us for consecutive seasons. We offer a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of swimming pool maintenance and service. Many of our technicians are CPO (certified pool operators) and a some of them are CST (certified service technicians) as well.

The construction team builds and renovates both residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. LP&S is committed to continuing education of the most innovative technologies for pool construction and pool equipment.
