Our Team
Vic Lehmann
LP&S is a talented team of individuals who are dedicated to customer satisfaction. Third generation pool builder, Victor Lehmann, is the current owner and president of the company. Vic brings over 40 years of knowledge and currently focuses on sales, design, and pool inspections. When not in the office, Vic’s hobbies include scuba diving, riding his dirt bike, and traveling.
Christopher Koeppen
Our construction department is managed by Christopher Koeppen, who brings 17 years of experience from all facets of residential and commercial swimming pool construction. When Chris is not on site he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and doing home projects.
Andy Valverde
Andy Valverde is a Field Technician and has been in the industry for over 10 years. In this photo, Andy is posed next to a bullseye he achieved at one of our company barbeques. He is also a volunteer fire fighter and father of three.
Construction Crew
Many of our construction employees have been with us for consecutive seasons. We offer a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of swimming pool construction. The construction team builds and renovates both residential and commercial swimming pools and spas. LP&S is committed to continuing education of the most innovative technologies for pool construction and pool equipment.
Service and Maintenance Crew
Like our construction department, many of our service and maintenance employees have been with us for consecutive seasons. We offer a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of swimming pool maintenance and service. Many of our technicians are CPO (certified pool operators) and a some of them are CST (certified service technicians) as well.
